The amplifier of vacuum of brakes is shown in the fig. 6.7.
In the moment of the failure of the amplifier of vacuum the effort to a brake pedal considerably increases this negatively affects the driving. The repair of the amplifier of vacuum needs the special instrument, therefore, it is recommended to substitute it joined.

PREVENTIONS
In the moment of the removal of the main brake they do not transport the cylinder too much far also the damage of oil pipelines of brake.
Do not allow the blow of fluid of brake in a detail of the car. It can damage a painting and the covering of varnish of a body. In the moment of the blow of liquid in a painting and the covering of varnish of a body immediately it is taken away by them while washing water.
Since the prevention of the passage of fluid of brake rolls up connections of rags of hoses or napkins.

Removal
Withdraw the filter of air.

Separate the capture of contact of the sensor of the level of fluid of brake (fig. 6.8).
Withdraw a cork of a tank of a hydraulic acionador of brakes and withdraw with the syringe or another liquid of adaptation of a tank.
Desconecte oil pipelines of brake of the cylinder of main brake.

PREVENTION

      Withdraw the cylinder of main brake of the amplifier of vacuum, having put out nuts of his fixation (fig. 6.9).
Desconecte a hose of vacuum of the amplifier of brakes (to see the fig. 6.9).
Desconecte an empurrador of a pedal of brake.
Put out nuts of hair clips of hair of the fixation of the amplifier of vacuum of brakes.
 Check of Repair of the valve backpressure of the brakes amplifier
It executes an inspection in the valve backpressure installed in a vacuum hose.
Withdraw a hose of vacuum of the amplifier of brakes.

       TO OBSERVE
The valve backpressure is installed with a tension in a vacuum hose in the etiquettes agreement.

Check the Repair of the valve backpressure through the vacuum bomb.

PREVENTION
In case of the bad functioning of the valve backpressure they substitute it joined with a vacuum hose.

Installation
Establish the amplifier of vacuum of brakes and hold tight nuts of fixation the specified moment.
Moment of an inhalation of nuts of hair clips of hair of fixation of the amplifier of vacuum of brakes of 8-12 N · m.
Apply the lubricant at the place of the contact between a pedal of a brake and an empurrador.
An empurrador annexes to a brake pedal an axle, you zakontrit an axle of pedal the quiff.
Install the cylinder of main brake, annex oil pipelines of brake to him.
Annex a hose of vacuum to the amplifier.

Do not carry forward too much far, supporting and the violations of the tension of a hose of vacuum. In the connection of a hose of vacuum to a tube of branch of the amplifier they put a hose 25-27 mm, as shown in the fig. 6.10.

Fill out the fluid of brake in a tank of a hydraulic acionador of brakes and withdraw the air of a hydraulic acionador.
One convinces of the lack of the drop of fluid of brake.
Check and if necessary agreement a pedal of brake (height of pedal of brake is left a floor).

Removal
Withdraw the filter of air.
  Separate the capture of contact of the sensor of the level of fluid of brake.
Desconecte oil pipelines of brake of the cylinder of main brake and shut openings technological hats.

PREVENTION
In the moment of the removal of the main brake they do not transport the cylinder too much far or the damages of the oil pipelines of brake.
Do not allow the blow of fluid of brake in surrounding details as it can damage a painting and the covering of varnish of a body. In the moment of the blow of liquid in a painting and the covering of varnish of a body immediately it is taken away by them while washing water.
Since the prevention of a spilling of liquid rolls up connections of rags of oil pipelines or napkins.
Withdraw the cylinder of main brake, having put out nuts of hair clips of hair of his fixation.

Desmontagem
Withdraw a cork of a tank of a hydraulic acionador of brakes and it establishes the fluid of brake in the prepared capacity.

Do not take to pieces pistons of the advanced one and rear cavities of the cylinder.

Check of technical condition
Check cavities of cylinder to existence of aspects of the corrosion, zadir or рисок in surfaces.
Check the cylinder of main brake to existence of use or damages. If necessary clear or they substitute the cylinder.
Wash out the polluted alcohol of details.

       TO OBSERVE
 In the presence of damages of a mirror of the cylinder they substitute the cylinder of joined main brake.

Meeting
Apply the fluid of brake of the necessary mark in details of rubber of pistons and sealing placing.

Install a tank of a hydraulic acionador of brakes in the cylinder.

Pressure regulator
The regulator of the pressure serves for the distribution of the pressure of fluid of brake in mechanisms of brake of the advanced one and rear wheels for aims of the increase in the efficiency of frenagem and prevention of the premature blockade of wheels. The desmontagem of the regulator of the pressure is not allowed like his work capacity straightly it depends on the correct tension of his spring during the installation.
The pressure regulators (in one for each mechanism of brake of rear wheels) are installed in the cylinder of main brake.

– the brake hose will be elastic, not to have pains and slits. The hose has to be closed strongly in hints. The woodcarving of hints of a hose must no have damages. – the hole of fluid of brake of connections of the main cylinder with oil pipelines and a tank is not allowed.
In the moment of the detection of bad functioning they substitute the new damaged details. Substitute flexible hoses (independent of his state) new after 120 thousand km of a race or after 5 years of the Repair of the car to warn sudden slits because of the rubber aging.

PREVENTION
Do not allow to fall of the brake fluid in surrounding details as it can damage a painting and the covering of varnish of a body. In the moment of the blow of liquid in a painting and the covering of varnish of a body immediately it is taken away by them while washing water.

       TO OBSERVE
Before the connection of oil pipelines and hoses of a hydraulic acionador of the system of brakes to be convinced of the absence in all the details of the powder and other foreign particles.

Removal
Substitute hoses of brake in spite of twisting aspects, slits and aspects of the drop of fluid of brake.
Since a lack of interest of hoses of brake of oil pipelines of brake uses a special key for unions.

Check nuts of unions of oil pipelines of existence of damages and aspects of the hole of fluid of brake.
Installation
Establish a hose of brake, without allowing what one supports.
Install oil pipelines of brake so that they did not concern sharp edges of near details, welded sewings and movable parts.
Combine a tip of a hose of brake with an arm groove.
Establish a clip of the fixation of a hose.
Hold tight a nut of the union of fixation of a hose of brake.
Hold tight nuts of unions the moment of 13-17 N · m, an union of fixation of the brake waters with hose to supports of mechanisms of brake of advanced wheels the moment of 25-30 N · m.
After the accession of hoses of brake they withdraw the air of a hydraulic acionador of brakes.

Removal
Withdraw the switch of sign that brakes.
Withdraw the quiff and an axle of an empurrador of a pedal.
Put out nuts of the fixation of the knot of a pedal of a brake.
Withdraw the knot of pedal of joined brake.
Check of technical condition
Check the next thing:
– the pedal covers in the use existence;
– a brake pedal in deformations existence;
– a repayable spring of a pedal in damages existence;
– switch of sign that brakes.

Annex an ohmmeter to conclusions of the switch of a sign of the frenagem and to be convinced of the lack of the interval of an electric chain of the fig. 6.21).

Installation

       TO OBSERVE
Fix an axle of empurrador for the quiff. 2 NGLI apply the lubricant n ° in an axle.

Establish the knot of pedal of brake, hold tight nuts with a fillet (a nut of the fixation of the amplifier of vacuum of brakes) and a pin of the fixation of a pedal.
Install the switch of sign that brakes.
Adjust the height of pedal of brake on a floor and release to go round of a pedal.

The mechanism of brake of an advanced wheel is shown in the fig. 6.22.
The mechanism of brake of an advanced disc of wheel, with automatic agreement of a slit between blocks and a disc, with a support of triangular form that floats and a device sinalizador of use of shoes of brake. The support of triangular form is formed by a support and the cylinder of wheel that are joined with pins. In the moment of the removal of the brake the shoes do not hold tight a pedal of a brake (fig. 6.24).

Check of technical condition
Check the use of shoes of brake and if necessary it substitutes them.
Substitute blocks in the next cases:
– thickness of mistakes of friction of less admissible;
– the mistakes surface is oily;
– the friction mistake is joined not firmemente to the block base;
– the mistakes have deep furrows and chips.
Check blocks to damages existence or the deformation.
The nominal thickness of bedcovers of friction of shoes of brake does
9 mm, permissible maximum in use – 1 mm.

PREVENTIONS
Substitute blocks in mechanisms of brake of both wheels advanced at the same time. The substitution of internal and extern blocks between them, and also between the left and right wheels it is inadmissible. It can lead to the unequal frenagem.
When it substitutes shoes of brake it checks blocks to deformation existence. Substitute the springs of property of the new fingers of direction or establish springs you were re-using, when pollution compensated for them.

Installation
Establish the springs of property of blocks.

PREVENTION
Do not apply a paper of emery to the cleaning of a surface of the piston of the cylinder of brake.
Substitute all the new details of rubber.

Check a disc of brake through a beat of calibre and the indicator (fig. 6.31).
The nominal thickness of a disc of brake (it happens through a calibre beat) will be 19 mm, admissible minimum in the use – 17 mm.
The difference in the thickness in the moment of the measurement at places different from a disc must not exceed 0,01 mm.
The axial thrashing of a surface of work of a disc (it happens through indicative of arrow of the type of hour) must not exceed 0,04 mm (to see the fig. 6.31).

       TO OBSERVE
Through a micrometer 45 check the thickness of a disc of brake in eight points located in the distance approximately 10 mm of an edge of disc with a step °.
Define a difference in the thickness of disc like a difference between the biggest and less thickness.
Since the measurement of an axial thrashing of a surface of work of a disc fixes indicative of arrow of the type of hour in the distance approximately 5 mm of an edge of a disc and becomes a disc in 360 °.

Installation of the mechanism of brake

In the moment to push out of the piston the compressed air they protect fingers of the punch.
Do not allow to sprinkle of the brake fluid.

  The screwdriver takes a ring of fighter of the piston of the cylinder, trying not to damage the surface of the cylinder.
Meeting
Except shoes of brake and his placing, wash out all the details isopropyl alcohol.
    Install a ring of fighter of the piston in the cylinder, previously show up in a lubricating ring finger of details of rubber.
Apply the lubricant of details of rubber in an in favor point of support, in the extern surface of the piston and in a covering of piston.

      Establish shoes of brake and the springs of direction.
   Install the mechanism of the automatic agreement of a slit between a drum and blocks and the springs of union of the blocks.
Install the lever and a spring of the mechanism of the automatic agreement of a slit between a drum and blocks.
Install the drum of brake and several times completely hold tight the lever of the system of brakes of parking.

PREVENTION
Lubricating and another pollution does not allow the blow of in the surface of work of the drum of brake.

Before the installation of the drum of brake they check the exterior diameter of shoes of brake (fig. 6.42) (in the established blocks).

The exterior diameter of shoes of brake of cars without antiblockading the system (the diameter of a drum of 7 inches) will be 179,5-179,0 mm; the equipped cars of antiblockade of system of brakes (diameter of a drum of 8 inches) – 202,2-201,7 mm.
Adjust a slit between blocks and a drum, when 10 held tight a pedal of brake with the effort kgfs more than 20 times.
To be demolished and meeting of the cylinder of brake
Withdraw shoes of brake.
Desconecte the oil pipeline of brake of the cylinder.

Withdraw the cylinder of wheel (fig. 6.43).

Withdraw protective hats of pistons (fig. 6.44).
Withdraw the piston and a fist of sleeve of fighter of the piston (to see the fig. 6.44).
Withdraw a repayable spring (to see the fig. 6.44).
Before meeting of the check of cylinder of wheel:
– the cylinder and pistons in existence of use, damages and powder;
    – the case of cylinder in existence of damages and slits;
– the basic surfaces of pistons and blocks in use existence;
– a spring of piston in reduction in inflexibility.
It executes the meeting as debit to be, the return to the desmontagem.

       TO OBSERVE
Before the meeting they wash out a cavity of the cylinder and internal details isopropyl alcohol.
Quite fluid brake wall light in the hunting of fists of sleeve of pistons and a wall of the cylinder.
Always substitute fists of sleeve of fighter and new protective hats.

PREVENTION
 The trace that the ball did not leave the union extraction through bomb.
