The walk and the nave of an advanced wheel 3.81 show in the rice.
The walk of each wheel is composed of two hinges of equal angular speeds and an end. The extern hinge is composed of the case, a separator, an internal bearer and six scamps. In case of the hinge and in a few bearer's flutes of the placing of scamp they happen. The flutes in the longitudinal airplane happen in the ray that supplies the necessary angle of the rotation of the extern hinge.
The tip Shlitsevy of the case of the hinge is established in a nave of an advanced wheel and fixes a nut. The bearer of the hinge is established in end openings between a spring lavador, a persistent ring and a ring of lock.

       TO OBSERVE

Installation
The exterior diameter of a ring of lock of the internal hinge of an end will be the same as 27+0,4 mm.
Hold tight connections put the moments supplied down.

When it executes the desmontagem of repair of the extern hinge is not allowed.
In hinges of an end the special lubricant puts itself. The lubricant of other marks is not recommended being in use.
Substitute collars of the fixation of new protective coverings in the moment of each removal.

       TO OBSERVE
In case of the reuse of coverings an insulating tape they roll openings of end up not to damage coverings in the moment of the removal.

In the connection of an end of the walk of a wheel with a case of the transmission they follow the trace to the damnification of a pondering ring for the mud.
