Check of level of oil

Put out the lowest pins of the fixation of the transmission to the motor (fig. 3.70).
Withdraw the transmission.
Installation
Put in dock the transmission with the hydrotransformer to the motor, the pins of screw of his fixation and hold tight them.
Establish a thread of the control of the selector and adjust it, like shown down:
a) install the lever of the selector and the switch of the selector in the situation "N" and annex a thread of the control of the selector;
b) annex a thread to an arm of a support of the triangular form of interruption of the transmission and establish a cork so that it concerned a thread;
c) choose a weak point of end like the rotation of a nut then it checks the smoothness of the movement of the lever of the choice of transfers;
d) check the fairness of the agreement of a thread.

Check of technical condition
Check the next thing:
– an armband in use existence;
– the capture in existence of use or damages;
– one spring in existence of damages or relief;
– in use existence a pin in the end of a nucleus of the lever of the selector.

PREVENTION
After each removal самоконтрящиеся nuts are subject to the compulsory substitution.

The installation of the walk of the dislocation of gear is executed as it must be, the return to the removal.
