Take away a belt of walk of a pulley of the bomb of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket.
Withdraw the bomb of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket, having put out pins of the fixation of the bomb and a pin of the agreement of a tension of a belt of the walk.
Withdraw an arm of the bomb of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket.

Put two pins of the fixation out and withdraw the tube of branch of infiltration and a ring of fighter of an accommodation of bomb (fig. 5.69).

Discover the bomb, having put out four pins (fig. 5.70).
Withdraw a ring of came.

Take away an end with a pulley of an accommodation of bomb.
Take away an epiploon of an accommodation of bomb.
Expel the union of an accommodation of bomb and take away the valve of agreement and a spring of the valve of the union.
Take away a ring of fighter of the union.

PREVENTION
Do not take to pieces the valve of agreement.

Check of technical condition
Check the spring length of the valve of agreement in a free state.
It will do 36,5 mm.
It is secured what the agreement valve does not bend.
Check an end of rotor to existence of use and damages.
Check a belt of walk to existence of use and deterioration in properties of the material.
Check grooves of a rotor and shovels of the existence of the use abrasive in layers.
Check the surfaces of the contact between a ring of came and shovels of the existence of the use abrasive in layers.
Meeting
Install a ring of fighter, a spring of the valve of agreement and the valve of agreement in the union. I wrap up the union in a bomb accommodation.

Through the adaptation 09222-32100 hold tight an epiploon in an accommodation of bomb (fig. 5.71).
Establish in a bomb accommodation an end of rotor with a pulley.
Check shovels of rotor to damages existence.

Installation
Install the bomb in a fixation arm, a pulley puts a belt of the walk and hold tight a pin of the agreement of a tension of a belt the moment of 2,5-3,0 N · m of cars with motors with a volume of work of 1,3 l, o moment of 3,5-5,0 N · m of cars with motors with a volume of work of 1,5 l.
Annex the hose of infiltration.

PREVENTION
The end annexes a hose of the high pressure to the bomb with the marking to colors.

Annex a hose of the high pressure to the bomb.
Restore to the standard the level of working the liquid PSF-3 in a tank of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket.

       TO OBSERVE
In the connection of a hose of the high pressure they do not allow what one supports and a contact on other details to the bomb.

Withdraw the air of the system of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket.
Check the pressure of the violence of the bomb of the hydraulic auxiliary rocket.

The electroamplifier allows to reduce the environmental pollution as in him the liquid is not in use, and the lack of oil pipelines and hoses of a hydraulic system in a driving compartment allows to reduce the mass of the car.
The sensor of the torque of a steering-wheel that is a part of the system the electroamplifier will transform the modification of the magnetic field to a current sign depending on a difference of an angle of the rotation between an entry and end of production twisting the twist.
Direction Electroamplifier
(EURU) is located in the hall and therefore it is protected of pollution, influence of high temperatures (of the motor in a driving compartment) and the negative impact of the environment.

PREVENTIONS
Do not allow punches to electronic elements. In case of fall and beat of a punch they substitute new to us.
Protect electronic elements of the influence of high temperature and moisture.
Do not touch conclusions of wires of not allowing his deformation and preventing the probability of the influence of the static electricity.
Do not allow punches to details of the electric motor and the sensor of the torque of a steering-wheel. During the fall or the beat of a punch they substitute new to us.
Separate and adhere when they were taken of contact in the ignition off.

In the useful system the lamp of control of EURU illuminates in the moment of the inclusion of the ignition and is extinguished slowly after the launch of the motor. In the moment of the emergence of the bad functioning the lamp of control of EURU continues also burning after the launch of the motor, but if the bad functioning appeared already before the launch of the motor, then the lamp will not be burned.
The lamp of control of EURU illuminates below next conditions:
– speed of the movement of the car not more than 1 km/h, frequency of rotation of an end of inclination not less than 2.500 minutes 1 during more than 20 with;
– the frequency of the rotation of an end of inclination not more than 400 minutes 1, the speed of the movement is not less than 50 km/h during more than 21 pages.
